Conflict Resolution Services Package
If you have a conflict or a potential conflict with a licensing or other governmental agency in your state or province, please contact Black Mountain Conflict Resolutions Services (BMCRS) immediately at 866-958-7778. One of their conflict resolution officers will contact you within 48 hours for a free consultation. Your free consultation includes assistance in resolving your situation as quickly as possible.
The BMCRS team of experts will negotiate directly with the licensing or government agengy to attempt a quick and favorable resolution. If necessary, they will work with your attorney to obtain the best result possible. If you have serious questions about a pending issue with a governmental agency or licensing board, TNTANA members may contact BMCRS directly at 866-958-7778 for a free consultation. Conflict resolution services are available to the public for $135 per hour.
Services Not Offered: BMCRS helps members resolve conflicts with licensing boards and governmental agencies. BMCRS does not offer any legal advice of any kind and does not practice law in any state or province. If you need legal advice or representation of any kind, BMCRS recommends you hire an attorney. Your attorney may contact BMCRS for assistance.
BMCRS says: "Our primary concern is always clients with pressing issues where time is of the essence. Resolving conflicts is our business. Answers other requests is a service we provide to your association only when we are able to do so. Please be patient with us. We are very busy. We're never too busy to spend a few hours helping TNTANA members with a conflict to resolve that conflict right away. We rarely have time to answer other questions and requests. Thanks for your understanding."
Other Services: The Black Mountain Conflict Resolution Services also offers Arbitration Services for members and clients of members who are unable to settle their differences.
Disclaimer: Any certified or licensed natural therapies professional may be able to purchase prepaid Arbitration and Conflict Resolutions Services from BMCRS for $65 a year by applying directly to BMCRS. Members of TNTANA do not need to pay this fee as this benefit is a part of their membership benefit package. You must be certified by an accredited certification board to qualify for purchasing this package directly from BMCRS.
Arbitration and Conflict Resolution Services are also available to both Class 3 and Class 4 Associate Members of TNTANA.
